SKIF Adventure II – Next Generation EDC & Outdoor Knife

The SKIF Adventure II is the next generation of one of the most popular models from the 400 series. The design and purpose remain unchanged — it is still a versatile EDC knife suitable for everyday tasks, while also performing confidently in outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and travel.

The blade is made from upgraded 9Cr18MoV stainless steel, with a higher carbon and chromium content compared to its predecessor (8Cr13MoV). This makes it slightly harder and more resistant to corrosion.

The blade features flat grinds running along approximately one-third of the spine, with a swedge on the upper section. This geometry provides a good balance between cutting performance and piercing ability. The Stonewash finish helps protect the blade from minor scratches and wear that naturally occur with regular use.

The knife opens using both a thumb stud and a flipper. The flipper also acts as a finger guard, offering additional control during more demanding tasks. A ball-bearing pivot system ensures smooth and effortless blade deployment.

The knife is equipped with a reliable Frame Lock, one of the most trusted locking mechanisms in folding knives. The new generation features additional jimping not only on the spine and handle, but also on the flipper and lock bar, improving grip and control.

The handle is made from G-10, providing a secure grip even in wet conditions or when wearing gloves. A removable pocket clip and a lanyard hole offer flexible carry options.
