SKIF Shark II SW – Aggressive Design, Precision Cutting
The SKIF Shark II is part of the new generation of one of the most distinctive models in the 400 series. Known for its aggressive design, this knife stands out while remaining a practical tool for everyday and outdoor use.
The blade is made from upgraded 9Cr18MoV stainless steel, with higher carbon and chromium content compared to the previous 8Cr13MoV version. This provides improved hardness, better edge retention, and enhanced corrosion resistance.
The knife features a Wharncliffe blade shape, delivering excellent cutting performance and control. Flat grinds extend along approximately one-third of the spine, contributing to efficient slicing. The Stonewash finish (SW) helps protect the blade from visible scratches and wear during regular use.
The knife opens via a flipper, with an improved opening mechanism and ball-bearing pivot system ensuring fast and smooth deployment. The flipper also acts as a finger guard, offering additional safety and control during use.
The knife is equipped with a reliable Frame Lock, one of the most trusted locking systems in folding knives. The new generation includes additional jimping on the spine, handle, flipper, and lock bar, improving grip and handling.
The handle is made from G-10, providing a secure grip even in wet conditions or when wearing gloves. A removable pocket clip and lanyard hole offer flexible carry options.
Overall, the Shark II delivers a bold design combined with practical performance — a modern update of a proven model.
